GROUP CLASSES
Group classes are offered in our outdoor training area. They are offered in the Spring, early Summer and Fall. Please check our schedule for start dates and Times. Class schedules can be picked up at Animal America. Each class is a full 1 and 1/2 hours of instruction.
Kindergarten – 8 weeks course - $100.00
This course is designed for puppies that are 8-20 weeks old. This course will help you prevent bad habits before they start. In the beginning emphasis will be placed on establishing leadership, bite inhibition, and socialization. The course also presents all fundamental information for Animal America Training Academy. Kindergarten is designed to give your puppy a jump start on his education to becoming a well-behaved family member! Commands revealed to your puppy are ATTENTION, SIT, DOWN, COME, HEEL, and OFF. Course is taught without distractions to facilitate a solid foundation for all commands rehearsed. We begin teaching you how to train your puppy through drive! Beginner Dog – 8 weeks course - $100.00
This course is specifically for Puppy Kindergarten graduates and dogs over 5months who have not yet begun training. In this course we reveal the commands ATTENTION, SIT, DOWN, COME, HEEL, OFF, WAIT, and FINISH. During this course we rehearse the commands with minimal controlled distractions. Emphasis in this course is on setting a solid foundation with on-leash obedience and beginning to create a clear form of communication with your dog!
Intermediate– 8weeks course - $100.00
This course is for our Beginner Dog graduates! The focus here is rehearsing commands through both “real world” and “laboratory” distractions. We are concentrating on laying the foundation for off-leash reliability. We add the command STAND to your dogs’ vocabulary! You never know in Advanced Level I where you will be meeting for class…could be the Animal America Training Studio or a local Park!
Board & Train – Two Week Program - $895.00
Board & Train - One Week Program - $495.00
Please call Animal America for scheduling a Board & Train for your dog! Commands revealed are SIT, DOWN, COME, STAY, LEAVE IT, WAIT and HEEL. All training is done on-leash. The 2 week program also includes four private lessons so you will learn to communicate with your trained dog! Also, maintenance classes, tricks classes, and Advanced level classes are FREE for the life of your dog. Your trainer will want to consult with you to customize your dog’s sessions to your needs!
Day training held Tuesday and Wednesday
Day training is held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 3 weeks. This program includes multiple training sessions per day with playtime as well. at the end of the day you and your dog will recieve a 15 minute lesson on what your dog has learned that day. This program allows your dog to recieve the training and playtime they need and still go home at night.
